We also utilize the Education Talent Management Service™, which is a complete Staffing as a Service system that includes experienced educational consulting services specific to nonpublic K-12 schools. ETMS is custom designed and configured to meet a school’s educational goals and objectives. Each ETMS engagement is the result of a highly collaborative process between David Sexauer (Owner of DAST Consulting and a former Head of School with three decades of experience in the K-12 nonpublic school space) and the administration of the prospective school. The service fee will cover administrative fees for DAST personnel and compensation for Instructional Assistant personnel providing services to the Client.
